  • What happened instead (exact error if any)
  • Which site or text editor (e.g. Gmail compose, Notion, Slack)
  • Browser and OS (e.g. Chrome 134 on macOS 15)

For billing questions, include the email address you used at checkout.

The shortcut does nothing on this page

Try these, in order:

  • Check the extension popup shows Connected. If not, pair it with a code from your account.
  • Open the extension popup and use the paste-and-fix fallback. It works on pages where the in-place shortcut is blocked.
  • Some sites (Google Docs canvas renderer, PDFs, Chrome internal pages like chrome://, the Web Store) don't allow extensions to read the selection at all. That's a Chrome limitation, not a JustFixMe bug — use the paste fallback instead.
  • Confirm the shortcut isn't taken by another extension: chrome://extensions/shortcuts.

I get “Incorrect API key” or a 401

On the BYOK plan, check your OpenAI key on the account page. Keys must start with sk- (e.g. sk-proj-…). A common slip is a missing leading s from copy-paste.

On the AI Included plan, re-pair the extension once and try again. If it still fails, email support with the error text.

Managing your subscription

Cancel, change plan, or update billing info from the billing page. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current period — you keep access until then.

Refunds: 14 days, no questions asked, on both plans. Email support@justfixme.app with your order email and we'll process it.

Delete my account / data export

Email support@justfixme.app from the address on the account. We delete all personally identifying data within 30 days. See the privacy policyfor the full list of what's retained and for GDPR rights.

Report a bug or request a feature

Send it to support@justfixme.app. We read every message. If it's reproducible, steps + a screenshot or short screen recording helps a lot.
